One change is being proposed for the constitution at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on April 22, 2021:

Article 6.3 - Membership 
Those persons not residing within the Centre's designated boundaries must apply for associate membership through the General Council of Winnipeg Community Centres

Change to: Article 6.3 - Membership - Those persons not residing within the Centre's designated boundaries as defined in article 5 may apply to the Roblin Park Board of Directors for associate membership annually and may vote and stand for election at the Annual General Meeting of the Centre. Parents/Legal guardians of a child, who is enrolled full time at our child care facility, will automatically hold associate membership status. They may vote and stand for election at the Annual General Meeting regardless of where they reside for the duration of their child’s enrolment.
